The Chamber of Arts and Culture has appointed four new board members: Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts director, Amy Barrett-Lennard; former Black Swan State Theatre Company general manager, Shane Colquhoun (pictured); Awesome Arts Festival general manager, Jenny Simpson; and arts and enterta
