Artemis to raise $5m in IPO for gold exploration

Goldminer Artemis Resources Ltd has announced its prospectus which it hopes will allow the company to raise $5m to finance planned exploration programmes and investments directly and indirectly into the resource sector.

The company is issuing 20m shares at an issue price of 25 cents per share.

Artemis Resources was incorporated in November 2003 and has entered into acquisition agreements for all issued capital from Yandal Redport Resources, Mt Clement gold project and the Yilgarn project.

Mr Sevag Chalabian is the chairman and the company is audited by PKF. The share offer is not underwritten.

The company has an offer opening date of February 2
