Andean builds team

Andean Resources Ltd has boosted its management team with the appointments of Heber Sheffield as chief financial officer and Pete Blakeley as chief engineer. Mr Sheffield has experience as vice CFO for Vodafone in Asia and corporate controller for Vodafone Americas.
