Abusive employee receives compensation for not being given a ‘fair go’

A WESTERN Australian plant operator who abused fellow employees and then claimed unfair dismissal after his employer dismissed him has been awarded four weeks compensation, after it was found the employer failed to give him a ‘fair go’ in its dismissal procedures.
