Abbott says he'll accept plebiscite vote

Opposition Leader Tony Abbott has told parliament he will abide by any plebiscite on a carbon tax.The non-binding poll would allow Australians to have a say on the carbon tax without the nation going to an election and possibly changing the government, he said.
