INSUURANCE giant AXA has signed an agreement with Perth-based on-line financial services company Sanford Ltd.
The deal will give Sanford access to a 300-plus adviser base for its B2B operations through AXA’s Summit branded services.
Summit is a premier administrator of master trusts, wrap accounts and DIY super funds.
Advisers working through Summit are servicing 16,000 clients around Australia and Summit administers $2 billion on behalf of its investors.
Sanford chief executive Steven Goh said the alliance with Summit is a significant partnership and enhances Sanford’s track record of being a leading on-line financial service provider and enabler.
“Since launching our Virtual Broker offering in June a considerable number of leading Australian financial intermediaries have turned to Sanford for the provision of a proven on-line broking service to complement their existing wealth creation tools,” said Mr Goh.
“I believe the relationship firmly establishes Sanford as the pre-eminent supplier of on-line financial services to the financial planning community.”
