AOS board changes

ADVANCED Ocular Systems Ltd has announced major board changes ahead of a planned restructuring. Managing director Dr Simon Carroll has resigned after 10 months in the role, while non-executive director Finian MacCana, who was a foundation director of the company in 2004, has also resigned.
