AHG appoints Griffiths

AUTOMOTIVE Holdings Group Ltd has appointed ARC Energy Ltd chairman David Griffiths to its board as a non-executive director. The former Macquarie Bank divisional director is also chairman of managed investment scheme promoter Great Southern Ltd, and is on the board of Advanced Nanotechnology.
