Dr Wolf Martinick is an environmental scientist with over 40 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining projects around the world, attending to environmental, water, land access and indigenous people issues. He has conducted due diligence on mining projects around the world on behalf of international financial institutions and resource companies for a variety of transactions including listings on international stock exchanges, mergers and debt financing.
Dr Martinick is a founding director and chairman of Weatherly International, an AIM-listed company with copper mines in Namibia. He was also a founding director of Basin Minerals, an ASX-listed mineral exploration company that discovered a world-class mineral project in Victoria, Australia, that was acquired by Iluka Resources in 2003.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
