Wayne Chorley has extensive commercial and industrial real estate experience, and over 30 years in senior management positions.
Mr Chorley has been the director of industrial sales & leasing at Perth's Realmark Commercial since August 2020. Prior to that, he was a consultant with LJ Hooker Commercial in Perth for over 3 years, and a director & partner of Colliers International's Perth office where he spent over 20 years. At Colliers, his key focus was on high-end capital transactions and working with major corporate clients & institutions across the Perth and national industrial markets.
