Vera Kirikova

Vera Kirikova joined Rio Tinto in 2015 as vice president of human resources for the then-Diamonds & Minerals product group. She was subsequently appointed group executive of human resources in 2017 and chief people officer in early 2021 before departing the company in April 2021.

Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Ms Kirikova was employed by Schlumberger, where she worked for over 20 years in human resources, operations, marketing and M&A positions in the United States, Canada, UK, Russia and France.
