Vanessa Hughes has over 20 years senior organisational development and human resource management experience including roles with Millennium Minerals as manager of people & culture, and with Integra Mining as human resources manager. Ms Hughes has expertise in strategic HR including business strategy, creating and harnessing the optimal organisational culture, employee engagement and retention, talent and leadership development and succession, to more generalist HR including recruitment and selection and employee relations. She holds a Bachelor of Business, with a major in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, from Curtin University.
