Trent Peterson has over 20 years of investment and private equity experience; and in businesses operating in consumer, retail and media sectors.

Mr Peterson is the managing director of Catalyst Investment Managers, and the founder & managing director of Catalyst Direct Capital Management and IPMB Capital Partners.

He was also non-executive chair of Adairs, Cirrus Media and Universal Store; as well as a non-executive director of dusk Retail Holdings Group, The Shaver Shop Group, Australian Pure Health (trading as Mr Vitamins) and the Ascham Foundation.

Mr Peterson qualified as a Chartered Accountant and graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce.
