Trent Donnelly is the managing director of Aura Capital, and is responsible for the Group’s global corporate advisory activities. He has 15 years of experience in senior ECM and M&A roles, focused on Australian small-cap and mid-market companies. Mr Donnelly is also actively involved as a board member and senior executive across all aspects of equities businesses including institutional equities, research, funds management and retail wealth management. Prior to joining Aura, he was co-head of corporate finance at Baillieu Holst and head of corporate finance at Ord Minnett – both leading Australian, mid-market financial services firms. Mr Donnelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
