
Tracey Greenaway has extensive experience in the energy and natural resources sector with a particular focus on oil and gas, within Australia and internationally. She has advised on the development, financing and commercialisation of oil and gas projects in Europe, Australia, Libya, Oman, Nigeria, Russia and Qatar.
Ms Greenaway is admitted to practice in Western Australia, England, Wales and Scotland. She was trained formally in legal project management, and attended a full-day LPM workshop delivered by US legal project management expert Susan Raridon Lambreth.
Before joining Allens in October 2012, Ms Greenaway spent 8 years as a senior in-house counsel of Royal Dutch Shell and was based in London, The Netherlands and Australia. Prior to joining Shell, she was part of Linklaters' global project finance team based in London and Bangkok, advising on the project financing of international energy and infrastructure projects. In June 2022, Ms Greenaway will depart Allens to become a partner of Corrs Chambers Westgarth's Energy & Natural Resources practice in Perth.
