Tony Walsh

Tony Walsh has over 25 years of experience dealing with listed companies including 6 years as a company secretary and director, and 14½ years at the ASX where he held the role of assistant manager and acted as ASX liaison with the JORC committee.
Prior to his role at the ASX, Tony was with Ernst & Young for 5½ years in an audit and compliance capacity. He left the ASX to join then-aspiring miner Atlas Iron in 2006 as company secretary, a role he held until 2013 when he joined Independence Group for two years in an expanded role of company secretary and GM corporate. He rejoined Atlas Iron as company secretary in late 2015 and became a director of the company in August 2016.
