Antonio (Tony) Varano has more than 30 years of experience across Australia, Europe and USA, operating and managing successful entrepreneurial, corporate and investment pursuits which included startups, funding and growth, corporate operations, executive management and business exits. His expertise spans retail, cosmetics, skincare, real estate, agriculture, publishing, construction, entertainment and the arts. Based in New York, Mr Varano holds board and investment positions in several companies he has either founded or invested in at an early stage. He studied business at the Western Australian Institute of Technology, and has an MBA from the University of Western Australia. Mr Varano was appointed to the board of OBJ as non-executive director in May 2018, and assumed the role of chair in July 2018.
