Tony Lau

Tony Wai Ming Lau has over 20 years of equity capital and financial markets experience in Hong Kong and China, and investing in the mining industry in Australia.

Mr Lau worked at PwC Hong Kong for 12 years before undertaking a senior finance executive role for a number of PRC groups in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience working on complex projects including overseas mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.

Mr Lau is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Bachelors degree in Accountancy from the University of Hong Kong, and a Masters in Investment Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
