
Anthony D'Aloisio AM has 45 years of experience as a senior executive in government, corporate and legal roles.
He has been the chair of Perpetual, chair and commissioner of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, chair of the International Joint Forum of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, and chief executive partner at Mallesons Stephen Jaques between 1992 and 2004, having first joined the firm in 1977.
Mr D’Aloisio received the Managing Partner Of The Year in 2001 and 2002 at the Australian Law Awards, the Australian Government Centenary Medal in 2000, the Monash Distinguished Alumni Professional Achievement Award in 2013, and was inducted into the Lilydale High School Gallery of Achievement in 2019.
In 2012, Mr D'Aloisio was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for services to business and commerce, particularly through leadership roles in the securities and investments regulatory sector, to Australia-Asia relations, and to charitable organisations.
