Todd Alder has extensive financial management experience in the mining, energy and steel manufacturing industries. Mr Alder was appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Orbital UAV in December 2016 and became chief executive & managing director in August 2017. Prior to that, he spent over 8 years at Toro Energy, 7 years at Capgemini Consulting (previously Ernst & Young consulting), and held senior management positions where he was responsible for financial process outsourcing and financial re-engineering projects with clients including Origin Energy, BHP Billiton, BlueScope Steel and Uranium One. Mr Alder holds a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Accounting from Flinders University, is a qualified CPA, and has completed the Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance through Chartered Secretaries Australia.
