Timothy Kucera has over 30 years of experience as an employment law specialist and industrial officer for various unions.
He has been appointed a Commissioner at the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission from mid-July 2022. Prior to that, he was the State Secretary of the United Professional Firefighters Union of WA, representing firefighters and fire safety officers.
