Tim Trefry

Tim Trefry is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia with expertise in project management and negotiation, structure planning, retail/commercial/main street planning and residential design. He has over 25 years of private and public sector experience within the planning profession and has been responsible for the design, approval and delivery of over 10,000 residential lots on a range of projects including Ellenbrook, North Eglington, Wattleup, Dianella and Byford. Mr Trefry managed the planning for the Ellenbrook project for over 23 years which has involved the creation of 8 residential villages and a regional town centre.
