Tim Jones has significant experience as a senior executive in technology businesses, and in bringing new technologies & business models to market.
Mr Jones has experience in business strategy, innovation, startups, capital raisings, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, and intellectual property transactions. He also has extensive in-house legal experience including corporate compliance, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, intellectual property strategy and agreements and employment issues. Mr Jones has been involved in commercial and legal transactions in Australia, US, Canada, EU and Singapore.
He holds a Masters in Law and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
