Tim Allison is a Chartered Accountant who became chief financial officer and joint company secretary of Joyce Corporation in April 2021.
Prior to that, he spent over a year with WarpForge as general manager of finance and company secretary, principal consultant of Gapman and Associates, and joined Tech Mpire in 2014 where he was the group financial controller and joint company secretary before being appointed chief financial officer and sole company secretary in September 2017. Mr Allison was also a finance manager of Alcyone Resources and assistant audit manager of BDO.
He has an Accounting degree from the University of WA, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance through Kaplan Professional, and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
