Thaw Thaw Htin's experience included commercial and regulatory litigation conducted in the Supreme Courts of Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria as well as the Federal Court of Australia. Prior to joining Bennett + Co, she worked at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) where she advised on financial services laws and managed enforcement actions against financial services providers. Ms Htin's work at ASIC saw her and her team receive an Australia Day Medal in 2012.
