Tamara Heng is a lawyer in the sale and purchase of property assets, due diligence, subdivisions, developments and project management agreements.
She acts for developers, private equity and government and has significant experience in property developments and commercial negotiations on significant projects in Western Australia. Ms Heng is also experienced in commercial dispute resolution and has negotiated successful outcomes in contractual and property disputes. In 2015, she was recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the Doyle’s Guide and in 2008 was the winner of the Property Council of Australia's Young Achiever of the Year award. Ms Heng has also tutored final year law students in commercial practice at the University of Western Australia in plain English drafting, sale contracts, leasing, Landgate registration practice, settlements and the Duties Act 2008 (WA).
