Tamara Burchell

Tamara Burchell started working at Broome's Roebuck Bay Hotel in 2017, and has transformed the venue into a thriving establishment.

She worked hard to change the perception of the hotel by forging links with community groups and charities, including Broome Pride and cancer charity the Kyle Andrews Foundation.

She has also launched a boutique small bar called The Lounge in Broome.
