Suzi Hullick was appointed State GM for Westpac Commercial banking in WA in September 2024. She previously spent 2.5 years leading the group strategy for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as Group Head of DEI. Ms Hullick has leadership experience in both Commercial and Retail Banking, having held numerous senior leadership positions which have enabled her to work with a large range of businesses, industries, Indigenous communities, micro economic development and in broad geographies throughout Australia.
She previously resided in the Northern Territory for more than 30 years and relocated to WA to take up her new role. Ms Hullick has completed an Executive Leadership Diploma at Columbia NYC and Women in Leadership diploma at AGSM in 2015 and recently completed her MBA at UNSW specialising in Social Impact. She is also a Non-executive Director Aboriginal Investment NT (also member of the Investment committee) and previously Non-Executive Director of Fisheries Research and Development Corporation
Prior to banking, Ms Hullick was an Electronic Warfare Operator in the Royal Australian Navy, which she joined in July 1986 and was one of the first women to deploy to sea on HMAS Stalwart in 1989, she remained in the Defence Force until the birth of her son in 1992.
