Stuart Carmichael is a principal and director of Ventnor which specialises in the provision of corporate and financial advice to small-cap ASX-listed companies including capital raising, IPO’s, corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Carmichael is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the provision of corporate advisory services within Australia and internationally.
Mr Carmichael gained experience with KPMG's corporate finance team in Perth & London before spending 3 years at ASX-listed property services & engineering company UGL. He then worked in the Middle East, US and UAE before returning to Australia in 2016 and joining Ventnor Capital.
Mr Carmichael graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, and is qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
