Steven Fahey

Steven Fahey has investment management experience focused on listed equities.

He was a principal and deputy managing director of Balanced Equity Management (BEM) which was acquired by Franklin Templeton Investments Australia in 2011. His responsibilities ranged across the entire business and included building and mentoring analyst team, engagement with executives and board members of Australia's listed companies (with a focus on corporate governance), client relationship management and marketing, and operational management. After 25 years at BEM, Mr Fahey retired in 2015. Prior to BEM, Mr Fahey spent six years at National Mutual Life Association of Australasia.
