Steven Apedaile has worked in the accounting profession for nearly 30 years, 25 of which were spent in Hong Kong including the first 7 years with KPMG Hong Kong and then 18 years with Horwath Hong Kong. He has experience in all facets of international business, corporate finance and forensic accounting services. Mr Apedaile has been involved in merger and acquisitions and the raising of capital, both equity and debt for clients. He has also provided expertise in audits in connection with public stock offerings, in Hong Kong and on the Nasdaq. Mr Apedaile is a founding director and a former managing director of an ASX-listed company, a Fellow of the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
