Steve Miller is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions in the resources & energy sectors.
Mr Miller has been a founder, director, executive chair and chief executive of resource companies listed on the Australian, North American and Johannesburg stock exchanges. He has also been responsible for numerous corporate re-organisations and restructurings; as well as substantial debt and equity capital raisings for project startups, developments and corporate takeovers.
Since 1998, Mr Miller has been an active investor in the African resources sector, originating and executing significant transactions in various African countries including Tanzania, Mauritania, Cameroon and South Africa. For over 30 years, he has been responsible for raising finance in excess of $US1.5 billion for project acquisitions and development in the global debt equity capital markets.
