Stephen Johns
Non-Executive Director / Dynasty Resources
Stephen Johns joined Brambles as a non-executive director in August 2004 and was appointed chair in September 2014. He is also a non-executive director of Goodman Group, former chair and non-executive director of Leighton Holdings and Spark Infrastructure Group, and former executive and non-executive director of Westfield Group.
Mr Johns had a long executive career with Westfield where he held a number of senior positions including as finance director from 1985 to 2002. He is also a director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.
Mr Johns has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
