Stephen Cake

Stephen Cake is an experienced corporate executive, having spent more than 30 years working in a broad range of international businesses.

He was the head of corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions of Energy Developments and prior to joining the company in October 2010, he was M&A director at International Power which is a UK-based FTSE 100 global power generation business where he held roles in the UK and Australia.

Mr Cake qualified as a lawyer in the UK and spent 15 years in private and public practice, including 5 years in the Sultanate of Oman.
