Stephanie Lai

Stephanie Lai has over 16 years of professional advisory experience including working on the audits of listed financial services and wealth management companies, providing M&A due diligence and advisory services and undertaking forecast reviews for listed companies, private enterprises, investment banks and private eguity.
Ms Lai was the M&A partner of KPMG and Deloitte. Between 2009 and 2016, she successfully divested an online retail business.
Ms Lai had also served on the boards of Shine For Kids (a not-for-profit supporting children with a parent in prison) as a non-executive director, treasurer, and chair of the audit & risk committee.
