Simon Withers has almost two decades of real estate experience in Western Australia. He is a widely known agent in residential real estate, in both property management and sales, and as a trainer and a successful business owner in the industry. He also has commercial property experience.
In 2004, he began his real estate sales career in Albany before moving to Perth and into property management. He joined Rockend Technology (MRI) in January 2010, where he was the WA trainer for REST Professional along with client services. He was also a senior portfolio manager with Norfolk Commercial. In 2012, Mr Withers established his consulting business REALpm, which eventually led him to oversee the operations at Salt Property Group, where he has been for a decade.
Mr Withers is a strong supporter and active member to the Real Estate Institute of WA and sits on the REIWA property management national advisory committee.
