Simon Winter began his career in the financial markets in 1993 with DJ Carmichael & Co. He then became a founding adviser with McIntosh West in late 1994 before being acquired by Merrill Lynch in late 1996. Mr Winter also spent 7 years with Bell Potter and eventually co-founded the Perth office of Austock Securities in 2011. After the takeover of Austock by Phillip Capital, he co-founded Shaw Stockbroking Perth in late 2013. Mr Winter has also funded & co-founded various private ventures including boutique advisory business Aventus Capital Partners and Liberty Executive Offices, Perth's leading serviced office company.
