Simon High graduated in the UK with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and held project management roles in the UK, Norway, Europe and South Africa.
He has proven experience in capex and opex contracting roles where he has been responsible for execution of world-size projects (both offshore and onshore) in addition to growing new and existing businesses.
For over 18 years, Mr High has worked in corporate management roles as engineering director, managing director, president and chief operating officer with John Brown Engineers and Constructors in Aberdeen, Kvaerner Oil and Gas in Houston, United Construction in Australia, and Clough in Western Australia. He is the area director of international insurance broker Gallagher. Prior to that, he was the chief executive of AusGroup.
