Shane Gray is a highly accomplished chief financial officer with a wealth of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He also has extensive expertise in working with private equity-backed enterprises, managing mergers & acquisitions specific to the oil and gas sector, and preparing companies for initial public offerings.
Prior to becoming the chief financial officer of Brookside Energy in November 2023, US-based Mr Gray spent 10 years at El Toro Resources, a portfolio company of Wexford Capital, including as chief financial officer in the latter 5.5 years.
Mr Gray is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies.
