Seydou Semega
Seydou Semega is a Malian national and a senior manager with extensive experience in executive leadership, business management and diplomacy. He holds a Master in Business Management from the University of
Poitiers in France and a Bachelor of Arts in English. Prior to being country director of Digby Wells in Mali, Mr Semega spent six years working for the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in Mali where he served as a representative for West Africa, co-chairing the Foreign Service Nationals Advocacy Council with a constituency of 5,000 employees worldwide. Mr Semega has worked as an administrative expert and project manager, and has extensive experience in the mining industry and various other development-related sectors.
