AMP launches $105m Ocean Keys revamp
AMP Capital has announced a $105 million redevelopment of the Ocean Keys Shopping Centre at Clarkson, after appointing Built Environs as builder of the project.
Scott Nugent has a PostGraduate and Masters in Business Administration from Murdoch University.
He held senior management roles during his time at Lendlease, Macquarie Group, The Link (REIT) in Hong Kong, and Woolworths before joining AMP Capital in 2011 as state development manager for WA, divisional development manager of WA in March 2015, and divisional investment & development manager from September 2020 to July 2022. After close to 12 years at AMP Capital, Mr Nugent has decided to take up a role at Sydney-based property company GPT Group.
