Scott Meneilly has been a director and chief executive of Sushi Sushi and parent company Food Odyssey since October 2017. Prior to that, he was chief executive of Retail Zoo which includes Boost Juice bars, Salsas Fresh Mex Grill and Cibo Espresso.

Mr Meneilly was announced as CEO Of The Year by the National Retailers Association in 2016, was CEO Magazine's Retail Executive of the Year in 2012 and a finalist in the same award in 2015 after being recognised for innovation and results driven leadership.
