Sarah Turner has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and technology.
She has been the general counsel & company secretary of Link Group since February 2021. Prior to that, she was the general counsel and company secretary of REA Group, general counsel of dual ASX/NZX-listed diversified healthcare company EBOS Group, general counsel and company secretary of SMS Management & Technology for five years.
Ms Turner began her career at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in 1998 and was a lawyer in London for four years at Nabarro Nathanson and US firm Kaye Scholer LLP. Early in her career, she was legal counsel at BlueScope Steel.
Ms Turner holds a Bachelor of Laws (with honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tasmania, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. She is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (formerly ACLA) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
