Sarah Mitchell

Sarah Mitchell has a comprehensive process design and commissioning background, having 20 years of experience in mining and engineering projects from evaluation through pre-feasibility, feasibility and detailed design stages across a series of cobalt and nickel projects, and copper, uranium, iron ore, mineral sands, and gold projects. She has worked on a broad project portfolio, ranging from small concentrators to complex billion-dollar hydrometallurgical process plants. Ms Mitchell has been instrumental in the successful implementation of various projects, managing project budgets and schedules, pre-feasibility, feasibility and value engineering studies, design reviews, team management, contract management, governance and due diligence processes, engineering package development and bid review, plant optimisation and metal accounting.
