Samantha Coggins-Thompson was appointed chief audit executive late 2016 and is responsible for Computershare’s global internal audit function including client engagement and external audit services. Prior to joining Computershare, she held internal audit and regulatory compliance roles with Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group and GE Capital. Her career spans three decades in banking, covering consumer, commercial, corporate, wealth management and stockbroking.
