Ms Sinclair has a track record of successful governance and leadership in non-government organisations, most recently as CEO of the National Employment Services Association (NESA) for over 21 years. Having initially established NESA as its Inaugural Chair over 25 years ago, through working closely with the NESA Board, members, and key stakeholders,
She developed NESA as the peak body for the employment services sector in Australia and has four decades of domestic and international expertise in the design, development, and delivery of employment services.
Her experience includes the provision of strategic advice to local and international governments and stakeholders, not for profit organisations, and the private sector on optimising the design, development and delivery of world leading public employment services through policy development, programme formulation, sharing best practice, building sector capacity and professional capability, and implementing outsourcing arrangements including related procurement and contracting mechanisms.
