Sally Scott focuses her legal practice on the mining and natural resources sector and advises on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (including IPOs and reverse takeovers), asset sales and acquisitions. She also advises clients on mining and resource project related matters including tenement dealings, joint ventures, farm-ins, issues around land access and tenure including Native Title and Aboriginal heritage. Prior to joining Bellanhouse Lawyers in 2016, which became part of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in November 2019, Ms Scott worked in leading boutique and top-tier firms including Hunt & Humphrey Project Lawyers (now merged with Hopgoood Ganim) and DLA Piper.
