Ryan McFarlane

Ryan McFarlane is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in commercial and public practices.

He has been the chief financial officer and company secretary of Primero Group since June 2012 and played an integral part in the transformation of the company from a startup to a listed entity.

Mr McFarlane is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Certificate in Governance Practice through the Governance Institute of Australia.
