Russell Yardley

Russell Yardley has been a professional non-executive director and chair for over a decade, following a career in the informational technology and communications sector.

Mr Yardley is a board member of the Australian Research Data Commons and the Victorian Government Purchasing Board, and an honorary board member of the Alannah and Madeline Foundation.

After spending more than 7 years at IBM, Mr Yardley founded Decision Engineers which merged with ASI to form Applied Learning which listed on the ASX in 1993.
