Russell Dyer has been the assistant executive director of examinations, certification and testing at the Department of Education since 2018 and is responsible for managing data reporting requirements for the School Curriculum and Standards Authority, examination logistics, certification of student achievement and implementation of NAPLAN and OLNA across all Western Australian schools.
Prior to that, he was an executive director at the School Curriculum and Standards Authority.
Mr Dyer has led project evaluation, review and performance monitoring activities at school and system levels.
